My Favourite Series

Today I am going to tell you about my favourite book and why.

My favourite book is called the "Diary of the Wimpy Kid". When I got the first book of the Wimpy kid book, I started liking it because the character's were so funny and made me so interested, the character's were Greg Heffley and his family, Rodrick is his brother and he always trick him and always giving Greg a favour. When my first Wimpy book was done, I said to my parents that I wanted another Wimpy kid book, so we went to the store and bought two new ones.

I accidentally bought the part 8 and the part number 10. But I still read it even I was not supposed to read it yet, but when I have read the ones that I bought, I got the part 2,3 and 4. In school I borrowed the part 6 in our library and read it, so that I won't be buying the part 6 anymore. I haven't complete the whole series but it is okay. My Dad said that there was a movie of it but we search it in the DVD stores and at YouTube but there wasn't any video or DVD of it. But we are still searching for it in YouTube.

The author on the wimpy kid book is Jeff Kinney, he is the one who wrote the Diary of the Wimpy kid book.

I think that the author wrote this Wimpy kid series so that the other kids can be more interested to some of the books and  the kids can learn and knowing more about the books.
