Today I am going to tell you what did I do on Friday night with my Mum. We made three different kinds of bars and brownies from my Goldilocks recipe book.
First we made the Mamon,
First we need:
Pan Brush
Salted butter,softened
Egg Yolk side
Salted butter
Cake Flour or Plain Flour
Baking Powder
Sugar
Egg yolks
Water
Egg white side
Egg whites
Cream of Tartar
Sugar
Toppings
Unsalted butter,creamed
Cheddar cheese,grated
Sugar
Those are my ingredients for this bread. I added the dry ingredients first to my bowl. Which was Cake Flour or Plain Flour, Baking Powder and Sugar. Then I mix it, then we got our stand mixer, we put the egg yolks,water and the salted butter. We turn on the stand mixer and mix the liquid. After it was all mixed up, I slowly put the dry ingredients and mix it with the stand mixer. after we mix the Egg whites,cream of tartar and sugar together to a bowl then we put the Egg whites,cream of tartar and sugar to the mixer and mix then together. then I asked my Mum I need a bit of help to put the batter to the circle pan but before that, I put softened butter to the pan so it won't stick to the pan. After that my Mum put the pan to the oven for 18 minutes but when my Mum put the pan to the oven a few seconds the batter started to spill so I told my mum to took it out the oven and put it to another pan so it wouldn't spill anymore. So my Mum put the pan to the oven for 18 minutes and we waited. While the Mamon is still in the oven I made a Butterscotch bars.
Second we made Butterscotch bars.
Ingredients:
Your pan brush
Corn oil
Batter
Plain Flour
Baking powder
Salt
Salted Butter,melted
Light brown sugar
Dark brown sugar
Eggs
Vanilla flavor
Cashew nuts,chopped
Corn Syrup
Topping
Chocolate chips
We added the dry ingredients to a bowl,then we all the liquid ingredients in the stand mixer then we turn the stand mixer on and wait for a few seconds while we are waiting, the mamon was done so we took it out of the oven my dad too some pictures. After we mix the liquid ingredients we put the dry ingredients to the stand mixer and turn it on. When it was fully mixed my Mum helped me put the batter of butterscotch in the pan and put it to the oven for 25 minutes. Then the last thing that I was gonna bake was Classic Brownies.
Classic Brownies
Ingredients:
Pan brush
Corn oil
Batter
Plain Flour
Cocoa Powder
Salt
Baking Soda
Sugar
Eggs
Vanilla flavor
Water
Glucose
Salted butter, melted
Corn oil
Topping
Cashew nuts,chopped
Brownie Glaze
Light corn syrup
But before I bake the Classic brownies, Mum took out the butterscotch out of the oven and cool it down. Then I started to bake the classic brownies, first I add the dry ingredients to my bowl and set it aside,then I put my liquid ingredients to the stand mixer and turn it on, when it was mix I put the dry ingredients from the bowl and put it to the mixer. When it was mixed, my Mum put the batter to the pan and put the cashew nuts on the top of the batter and put it to the oven for 25 minutes. When it was done baking my Mum took i tout of the oven and cool it down. When it cool down my dad took some pictures of the brownies I made.
