Having Smoothies and Burgers For Dinner

Hello Everyone!



Yesterday,we had Strawberry, Banana Smoothie and Burgers for dinner.


My Dad told me to pick some Strawberry and we will make them a smoothie. I am so excited to pick fruits. I went to our backyard and picked red big strawberries.

Here's how to make strawberry,banana smoothies!

I washed it and removed the leaves.
Put it into the blender and also put some ripe bananas.
Put fresh milk and a bit of condensed milk.
Put some ice.
Blend

And done!


 My Dad, made some Burgers as well to eat. Put some tomatoes and cucumber.

We had a wonderful dinner.My Dad took a photo of it and here it is!

Our One Year In New Zealand!

Hey Everyone!



Today is our 1st year in New Zealand, time really flies.Even I am happy here,I still miss Singapore because I started schooling there.


Firstly,my preschool" Mother Well Childcare Center". What I miss in my preschool are my friends Priya, Kelly and more. I also miss my teachers namely Teacher Trisha,Teacher Kamisa and Teacher Farah. 

Do you know what activities we are celebrating and enjoying? We celebrate Chinese New Year ,Hari Raya and Vesak Day which is like a Christmas Season here in New Zealand.I also cannot forget the Racial Harmony Day wherein we can wear our National Dress as costume.It's really fun!

Secondly,our activities during end of the school year.We share our performance to the whole preschool and we always used to play Sing and Dance.All the parents are invited to watch the show.



After preschool I always attend to learn some Mandarin words and some of them are so cool, maybe you should learn how to speak other languages too!


Then sadly, I had to leave preschool and go to the SFA Eduhearts School. When it was my first day, I have made so many friends and also meet some of my teachers .My friends are Richie, Yna, Geraldine, James, Zoe and more! I had so much fun! Like at preschool,we also celebrate Chinese New Year! 


But when it was 2018, me and my family had to go to New Zealand. I am so sad that I will leave Singapore because I will miss my favourite place that I love to explore like Sentosa, Merlion and more! I was also sad because I will miss my favourite foods there like Laksa, Nasi Lemak and also the Cold Stone Ice Cream place. I Miss you teachers and Families!

Today I am going to tell you about my schools in Singapore and I really miss my primary school there and also kindergarten. And my relatives too!

I will miss some of my relatives in Singapore and I love you guys so much!


The name of my kindergarten is Mother Well. And I had lots of fun during that time, when it was almost the end of the year, me and my friend performed in front of the small little kids and after dance, we play lots of games!  



When I was in my primary school, I made lots of friends there, we also danced and sing and also played games, and whoever win a game gets a prize!


 But when we are going to New Zealand and we are on the Airport, I got surprised that all my teachers and principal went to the Airport and say their last goodbye to me so I cried and I had to gave them my very last hug and took a picture. If you teachers are reading this I just want to say I miss you so much!

Celebrating My Grandma's Birthday!

Ciao Everyone! How are you doing today?

Yesterday, it was my Grandma's birthday, and we didn't celebrate her birthday we her because she was in Italy, but even tough she's not here, we celebrated her birthday and in the morning my Mum cook some of the Filipino foods, and me, my little brother and my Dad face time her. 

When it was almost night, our friends went to our house to celebrate her birthday after we ate dinner with our friends, me and my friends play together. They went early because they had to go somewhere else also, but we still had fun.

My Weekly Words!

The Highlights Of The Story Called " The Girl of Glass "

Hello Readers,


I am going to tell you some highlights of the story called " The Girl of Glass ". 


The writer of this story was Holly Webb,she also made some other books that are like about myths and legend, so this highlight for this book was:

There was a girl named Mariana and she has grown up surrounded by beauty and magic of glass making, But when her younger sister Eliza died, her father makes a girl of glass in Eliza's image. 

For this glass doll sings, dances, talks and even shares the memories of Eliza. As the glass girl takes on more and more of Eliza's personality, Mariana begins to suspect that there was more than just magic at play.


That was the highlight and the last one was : Could the girl of glass be her sister's ghost made real?

Baking for My Classmate's Mum's Birthday!

Yesterday, I bake with my Mum because it was my classmate's Mum's birthday so me and my Mum bake Rocky Road Brownies and Pan de sal which is a Filipino bread.



After we bake we took a shower then we went to my classmate's house and we sang happy birthday then we took some photos too!

Last Garden!

Kia Ora Bloggers and Readers,


Today after our breakfast, me and my Dad garden and my Dad cut the long grass while I take them and put them in the green bin, while we are doing that my Mum and my little brother were at the house. 


My Mum was ironing the clothes and my little brother was watching in his Ipad. A couple of minutes ago my Mum took me and My Dad a photo and after she some music so that we can concentrate and finish early because it was almost lunch time. 


I took a short break because my Dad said it was too sunny out so I went to the shade and rest. When we are done we put away the stuff that we have used and put it to the garage then we went inside and we rested I gave my Dad and my Mum water so they could be all be freshened up.

And it was our last garden because if you have seen my previous blog, you will know why it was our last garden here!

2nd Place In The Top Summer Learning Journey Bloggers!!!

Bonjour Bloggers, Families, Friends and Readers/Followers,

How was your day Readers? I hope you had an awesome day!

Today, I went to the Dentist before I start my school and I was a little bit late but it is okay because my Mum told my teacher that I have an appointment to the Dentist today so that is why it is okay. The Dentist checked my tooth and they said that I have a good set of teeth.


At school, we had a small assembly which was only for the Year 4,5 and 6's. I have no idea what will be the assembly is about. Emma from the SLJ Team announced the winner for the Summer Learning Journey.The 3rd prize is for Tory, he is a Year 5 student and he work very hard so he got 3rd place. The 2nd place was myself! I am happy, I got a Drone, a cool school bag, a water bottle, Glitter pens, Frisbee, Metal Straw and a book.


The 1st place was Talisa, she got a Chromebook and a school bag as well.

It was a fun experience to join the SLJ Programme, it's fun and I learned a lot from it. Here are the photo of my prizes!

1st Day Of School And I had A Prize!

Hi Reader’s,

I hope you have an awesome school holiday!

Today is my 1^st day of school. I am excited to say hello again with my school friends and my teachers.

I woke up early today because I am excited to go back to school. My Dad bring me to school today and I wait for awhile because it’s a bit early. My room is in Room 6.

I am excited and a bit nervous. It’s another year for me in primary school. I want to have a lot of friends and I am looking forward for school activities.

And Before my school have ended, My teacher Miss D, told us that three people are some of the best bloggers of our class and I am one of it so I chose my prize and my prize was a mini soccer ball and two books that was like about some missions and also keep checking my blog because I will share you about the missions and things that happen in the story!

A Perfect Day!

Hi Reader’s,

Today is an exciting day!

I went to our school because Mum and I have a schedule to meet my teacher at year 6. Our schedule is 10:40am-11am.My teacher will be Ms. D.

Firstly, my Mum wake me up early in the morning because we will join my Dad and my brother. My Dad will drive us going to school of my brother.

After we dropped by at pre-school of my brother me and my Mum went to Hornby Hub to have some time with each other.

My mum asked me where I want to have some breakfast. I chose at Coffee Club. I get kids meal which is pancake with ice cream, caramel syrup with popcorn.

It’s  look yummy in the menu that’s why I requested my Mum to order it for me. And I am right, it’s really delicious!

Secondly, we went to the salon to have some haircut for me. We went to the I-Razor salon in Hornby Hub. My hair stylist is Monica. He is very nice and I like how he style my hair. He has many tips for me how to take care of my hair.

He cut my hair short and it’s very lovely.

Lastly, we walk along the Kyle park to go to Hornby Primary School. We went straight to the room 6 where we will meet my teacher. We are a bit early so we wait for a while.

It’s a good meeting with Ms.D.She explain very well the goal setting for this year. She asked me some of my goals like social activity that I am interested to do. She also tell my Mum our website at school so my parents can see our activities like blogs and our daily learning journey.

Then we went to school office to pay for school supplies. Then  we go back home.

School Holiday Ends!

 Today, I’m going to tell you about the school holiday. I think most of us love to have school holiday. For me, I spend much time with my family and friends. I enjoyed playing with my brother and family friends  I also love having barbecue at our backyard. Spend time with my family doing movie marathon and enjoy the summer weather. 


 It’s not always play with me, I also take the a chance to have blog thru school learning journey. It’s also a fun activity, I had learned a lot of things with this blog activity.
