Hello My Awesome Readers!
Welcome back to my awesome blog post and today I am going to tell you about this year's Winter Sports!
To choose our sport, we had a form to fill out and it says what is the first sport we want to do, then it will also say, choose your second sport. You know why we chose 2 sport activity? It's because just in case the fist sport activity is full, you'll have to go to your second sport activity.
My first choice was... Hockey and my second choice was... Netball. I chose Hockey because I like playing Hokey and I know how to play Hockey. My second choice was Netball because I also want to learn and know how to play and how to be in other sports. My team was the... Hawks and in our first game we won by I think 4 - 0 and do you know who got player of the day?.... It's Me!
We played in Kyle Park and do you know that there were a lot of schools were there and it was almost filled up with a bunch of schools and students. There were a lot of things going on, like Soccer, Hockey and more! The rugby people stayed and went to the school's field they played rugby there.
When all of the sports was done, we headed to our class and then my class, talked about their sport and who got player of the day! All of us had so much fun in our first Winter Sport day!

Crystals Growing!
Kia Ora My Awesome Readers!
Welcome back to my blog post!
Today I am going to tell you about our very fun experiment which is called Crystal Growing!
We are learning about crystals because we are learning about rocks and how they are formed. This learning is called Earth Science. This is how crystals are formed. When a rock is hollow, water goes in it and it takes a really long time to make crystals. Minerals from the rock dissolve in the water and over time, they form crystals. They are usually made from a pure mineral.
We put dipped in our cleaning pipe in to the water with borax and we left it until it grows.

Parent Teacher Meeting!
Hello My Awesome Readers!
Welcome back to another part of my blog post! Today I am going to tell you about my Parent Teacher Meeting!
All the classes finished at 2:30 but it wasn't home time yet. All of kids from the school played at the playground but we were not allowed to play on the court because all of the classes were having a meeting and we don't want to disturb them. Your wondering why the class end fast, it's because teachers are going to be in parent meeting in 2:30 pm until 6pm.
Me and my friends played at the playground and we also played all in tag with the other students there. We had so much time to play. When it was 3pm the teacher aids called us to go to our bags because it was time to go. We brought our bags and went home.
On Tuesday at 5:00 pm to 5:10 pm, me and my Mum went to my school, then we looked at the window to see if someone was still there, so me and my Mum waited outside my classroom. I played a little bit outside the classroom while waiting for my meeting.
When the person before me was done with their meeting, it was my turn and I saw my teacher in the door. We went inside the classroom. My Mum and my Teacher talked about my learning and my goal for this coming up terms. It was just a quick meeting, because there was another student that will talk to the teacher so we left and went home!

Metamorphic Rock Chocolate Experiment!
Hello Everyone!
Welcome back to another Topic blog post, so just sit back, relax and get ready to blow your mind!
This week in topic, we have been learning about Earth Science! We also have done another experiment of how Metamorphic Form! We did a experiment with chocolates.
We melt the chocolate and marshmallow in the microwave and then we leave it for a day then when it was done we could eat it!
I noticed that not much people have done these kind of experiment and also I have learnt how metamorphic forms!

Reading Task!
Hello Reader, Friends and Families!
Welcome back to another blog post!
Today in reading me and my group Venus, was working on Vocabulary!
In Vocabulary, it has lots and lots of categories in it. Our goal for this term is..finding new words and recreating them and use them in our writing.
Our task is rephrasing a sentence story. We had to find our own sentence in the story. We also had to find the words that we don't know. We also had to find the root word and the suffix like:

Weathering!
Kia Ora everyone!
Welcome back to another part of Topic!
On Tuesday, as a class we were learning about Earth Science. In the last blog, we did an experiment of sedimentary rock and if you haven't see the other Topic blog CHECK IT NOW!!!!
Now we are learning another part of Earth Science. We are learning about 'Weathering' and how this effects rock. Weathering is like some kind of weather like sun, rain, hurricane and more.

So we did another experiment but we did it in groups. My group was called the.... Spies! We had an Aluminium Tray and we put in half of the sand. Then we made two mountains and a river. We also put some small leaves and rocks, when we decorated it, one of our teammates got a cup, ruler and a pencil then we made a hole then we tape it to the ruler beside it.
After that, we put water into the cup and then we video it. Here is the video!
