My Amazing Birthday Cake!

Hi Readers!

Today,I would like to share with you about my birthday cake.

On May 8th, my parents surprised me with a happy birthday song and a cake. I was very happy because I do not have any idea that they prepare a cake for me since it's very early morning and a school day. I also thought that my celebration will be on Saturday so I was thinking that I do not have a cake on the day itself.

My parents said, I will not have cake on Saturday because I have one already during my birthday. But they surprised me again! My Dad asked me to come with him to buy some stuff for my birthday at Pak n Save. I had noticed that we went to the other way. I asked him where we going and he just smile at me.

He go down from the car and get some piece of big box and handed to me. I open it and I was speechless. It's a Wonder woman cake! I was very happy and thankful to my parents!

Monotonous!

Birthday Party!

Hi Reader's,

I hope everyone has a good weekend. For me,I have a great weekend indeed!

It was my 10th birthday celebration last Saturday. I was very happy and delighted for having a loving and caring parents.

They arrange and prepare a birthday party for me. My dad prepare the decorations and table set up. I help him to make a balloons and put some paper decorations.

My mum is in charge in the kitchen. She prepare and cook delicious meal for our friends. She cook macaroni pasta,roast lamb and most of Filipino dishes!Our friend from Timaru also brought some food like the Filipino style noodles,we called it "palabok".

My parents also has a big surprise for me,it's the wonder woman cake! At 4pm,the visitor starts coming to our house and celebrate with us my birthday!It's an amazing day.

Halloween Celebration with my Family!!!

 Hey Readers,

Yesterday, my family had celebrate Halloween. I know that Halloween is suppose to celebrate on the 31st of October, but we just had trick or treating in our house!

My Mum got some decorations and a pack of candy from her office. After we eat our dinner, I put the table cloth in the table and put some paper plate in the table. Then I open a pack of candy that my Mum got from her work and put it in the paper plates. 

Then my Dad design some of my stuff toys. When he was done decorating the table, he took some pictures.  Then my Dad said to get change to our costume. My costume is a unicorn onsie and my little brother is dressed up as a Spider man onsie. We took our pumpkin buckets before we take some candy.

I really had fun even thought we didn't go to other houses. My little brother was so happy and excited too. We have a lot of pictures to share to our Family and Friends from Philippines and Singapore.

All Soul's Day in the Philippines....

Hi guys, How was Halloween yesterday?, I hope you had fun and go treat or tricking!

Today in the Philippines is celebrating All Soul's day. Means that all the people's loved ones who already passed away needs to visit in the cemetery.

Most of them, they clean and repaint the grave days before All Soul's day. Then on All Soul's day, people bring candles, flowers and all of them pray together. Most of them, they bring food and eat together so they can spend more time with their loved ones who already passed away.

My Grandfather from my Dad, passed away when I was 4 months old. Then my Grandfather from my Mom, passed away when I'm 15 months old. 

This morning before I went to school, my Dad took a candle and light it up. Then he get the photo frames of my 2 Grandfather and served some prayers for them.

I was so sad that as I grow up, I didn't get to see them and talk to them. My Dad said their Dads used to carry me all the time since I was born and I would not forget that memories. My brother Joakin was unlucky as he never see our Grandfathers.

Weekly Basketball for Girls!!!

Hey Followers,


Every Wednesday after school me and my friends went to a basketball practice. It started on the 12th of September so we went to join the basketball practice. Our coach was from the Canterbury Rams. For today our coach was Ashleigh and Michael. And before we start doing some learning in basketball we had to warm up by playing (In and Out). 

When we finish warming up we did a box dribble around us. Then we have two groups and the first group was in the right and the other group was at the left we learnt how shoot the ball in a proper way. Then when it is 4:00, my Dad and my little brother went to the gym and watch me play basketball then we play Golden Child.

After we had finish the game, I call out the team for the day and I said granny! And we said GRANNY! Then our session with the Canterbury Rams was finished and we went all home. 

I would really like to practice more skill in basketball especially how to shoot and dribble properly. I'm always excited every Wednesday. Because its basketball practice day! Our family loves basketball so much and every Sunday, I always join my Dad to watch his basketball game together with his friends.

New Car!!!

On Monday, My dad said that we are going to change our car to a smaller car for my mum use. And our big car (Toretto) is going to be back to where he was. When it was the last day with Toretto, I was so upset that we are going to change him into a smaller one and I cried.


It was after school my when my dad said that we are going to change Toretto. And I got very upset on that time. And when we got our new car I got so surprised and we took a ride of it the next day. My dad asked what should we name it? Then we searched up in google and my dad search " The Fast and the Furious ". My dad said what if we named it Leticia or Letty aka Mrs. Alpha. 

Our family is a big fan of the Fast and the Furious movies. We like all the cast, from Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel), Paul Walker-RIP (Brian O' Conner), Leticia Ortiz (Michelle Rodriguez) and Mia Toretto (Jordana Brewster). But me I like Gisele Yashar (Gal Gadot) who played the role of Wonder Woman also. That's why we decided to use Leticia as our new car name.

Then the next day, we went to school with Leticia and I was so happy with my new car too. Hopefully soon we can get car for my Dad. The car name will remain Toretto.

Filipino Food...

Hey Readers,


On Sunday, My Dad had two games in basketball and I said that I will go with him, so we ate lunch and after we ate our lunch, we took a shower. When we are all ready to go, we said goodbye to my Mum and my little brother Joakin. Then we went to the car, when we had reach our destination, we went inside and while my Dad is gonna play basketball I made a blog post while he was playing. When the first game had finish he took some rest and he said he will buy some food to eat when he came back he bought some Filipino food and it was Palabok and Spicy Siomai it was a little exciting to eat the spicy Siomai because it is my first time trying it with spice. So when I tried it my mouth was burning it was very spicy so I drank some Gatorade. When I was full and the food was finished, I went to the toilet to wash my mouth so the spice would be gone. So when we finish eating, my Dad played his second game. 


I really miss the food in Philippines and I had try something new to eat, Here are some of the pictures.😃😃😃
