Chocolate Chip Cupcakes

Talofa Followers,

Today I'm gonna tell you what did I do Today, When my Dad went to basket ball, Me,my Mum and my little brother Joakin stayed at home because I was gonna bake for my school snacks as my Morning Tea break and bake My Mum and Dad Chocolate Chip Cupcake. So when my Dad left the house, I started to bake the Chocolate Chip Cupcakes. So First I get get my mixing bowls and the stand mixer.

Here is the Ingredients that I will need:

Cocoa Powder
Plain Flour
Baking Soda
Unsalted Butter
cubed and softened
Sugar
4 Eggs
Vanilla Extract
Water
Fresh Milk

My Toppings
Chocolate Chips

First I get my Mixing bowl and put the dry ingredients and mix it up and just put it a side first. Then in the stand mixer I put the butter and the the sugar to the stand mixer and turn the stand mixer on. Then I combine the Milk, Water,Eggs and Vanilla Extract to the stand mixer. After it was all mixed up together, I put the dry ingredients to the stand mixer and turn it on. When it was all done I put the batter to the pan and put it to the oven for 25 minutes. After it was done baking, I put the chocolate chips on top of the cupcakes and my Dad text my Mum that he was going back home. When he was at home he ate one cupcake and he said it was yummy.
Here are some of the Pictures!

That was all about it, and Thank You for reading this blog post and have a great day! Bye!
