Reading Task!

Hello Reader, Friends and Families!

Welcome back to another blog post!

Today in reading me and my group Venus, was working on Vocabulary!

In Vocabulary, it has lots and lots of categories in it. Our goal for this term is..finding new words and recreating them and use them in our writing.

Our task is rephrasing a sentence story. We had to find our own sentence in the story. We also had to find the words that we don't know. We also had to find the root word and the suffix like:

Word I don't know:
Digitally

Root word: Digital

Suffix: ly

Here is my work:

Here is my sentence:

She was carrying a nylon bag marked with a white cross which, if opened, would reveal medicine and bandages.

My rephrasing sentence:
The woman was carrying a fabric color bag with a white cross and if it got opened, it would reveal the medicines and bandages.

Here is the word I don't know:
Nylon

What the word mean:

Nylon means like a fabric with color.

Here is another one!

My New sentence:
All encrypted into secure hashes with over eighty billion possible combinations.

The word I don’t know:
Encrypted
Secure
Hashes

I think the word means…
I think Hashes is like a mathematical code.
I think Secure means like there is a security in a online link.
I think  Encrypted means

The real meaning of the word:
Encrypt means away to keep secrets.
Hashes is like a mathematical code.
Secure mean like when you have a special thing that you don’t want to share, there is a protection in it.

The root words and the Suffix:
Encrypted
Root word: Encrypt    Suffix: ed

Thank you for reading my blog post and have a wonderful day!
