Oreo Cheesecake

Namaste readers,

Welcome back to my blog post and I will be posting about my Oreo Cheesecake!

I made the base oreos because we ran out of graham crackers! I also made the batch of the Cheesecake and then put cutted strawberries with a little leaf as a design and we putted it to the refrigerator and wait about 1 - 2 days, and then when it was done I put the oreo powder that I smashed.

Here is video of how I made it:

Thank you for reading this blog post and always wash your hands!

  2. Hi Celine, the cheesecake looks amazing and I wish I was there to help you eat it. You made that look so easy but the last time I made a cake it did not end well.
    Kind regards,

  3. Kumusta Celine! Thank you for sharing your time in the kitchen baking - I really admire your problem solving in swapping out crackers for Oreos...I'm sure it tasted better too! I'm also impressed by your use of TikTok to make the video and then edit out the uninteresting bits (which better supports learning and interest!). If you have time, could you post up the recipe quantities...I am dairy intolerant but I have a very clever daughter-baker who can help me substitute for other ingredients. PS the music choice was super motivating too!

  4. Kia ora Celine,
Wow! This is just like the baking videos that professional chefs make for their channels. I like the way you edited your video and showed the important parts.
Cutting the strawberries as you did for the decoration was really creative!
I also would like the recipe! It looks so delicious.
