Day 3, Activity 1 ( Week 2 )

Hi Readers,

I would like to share you today about me being a Night Owls!

I consider myself as a Night Owl because I sleep late especially during summer holiday. I like to stay late and watch movie with my family. Eat late snack with them and playing with my brother. Like me, they are night owls as well. We have same interest and it’s our family bonding.

Happy Reading!

  1. Hello again Celine,

How exciting to watch movies and have snacks at night as a family bonding session! What is your favourite movie snack? Your family reminds me of mine because we are all night owls as well. What time do you usually go to sleep? Are you an early riser?

Even though my mum does sleep late at night, she somehow manages to wake up early! I have a hard time waking up in the morning after a long night. That's why I usually try my best to not sleep any later than midnight. What about you?

Remember our body releases its growth hormones during deep sleep so make sure to keep healthy and sleep well!

    Until next time, happy blogging!
