Welcome back to my blog post and today this blog post is about Activity 7 of Spring Learning Journey!
My task is:
Choose a Country and research the foods they eat. Create a presentation to share the information onto your blog.
I personally choose Italy because of my Grand Ma. She was leaving there years ago.
So I hear a lot of feedback about Italian food.
Italian cuisine is food typical of Italy.
Italian cuisine is generally characterized by its simplicity, with many dishes having only two to four main ingredients. Italian cooks rely chiefly on the quality of the ingredients rather than on elaborate preparation.
Ingredients and dishes vary by region.
Italian known on their pizza and pasta.
Pasta is categorized in two basic styles: dried and fresh. Dried pasta made without eggs can be stored for up to two years under ideal conditions, while fresh pasta will keep for a couple of days in the refrigerator.
Pasta is generally cooked by boiling.
My favourite is spaghetti and carbonara
Pizza also a staple food in Italy. My family always have pizza night. Our family favourite is Cheese Pizza and Hawain with Cheesy Crust.
This is the Pizza that we ate.
